About Tiffany
Funny how life goes, what started as just helping a friend, evolved into the launch of T. Smiles Design in 2017. In just one year of launching my business, I helped several women bring their dreams of owning their own business to life.
During my first year of business, I spoke at the Women on the Rise Women's conference in Queens, NY, and received the New York State Assembly Certificate of Merit for my service in the community and my support to Women on the Rise. In 2018, I went on to speak at three separate events, the Authorpreneur Summit located in New York City, the Fresh Anointings Women's Conference in Atlanta, Georgia, and the virtual Your Faith Walk to Purpose Women's Conference. I also wrote in my first Anthology: Business Success Strategies for Women on the Rise.
I was helping women, loving it and it felt nice, so I quit my corporate job. A year after I was right back in the workforce, not because my business wasn't bringing in clients but because I lacked the foundation and true understanding of how to push it further.
I was depressed. I felt like a failure, not seeing then that going back to work wasn't a step-down or a step backwards but simply a reposition.
I since rebranded to T. Winfrey Design, Inc and am here to not only design but also coach women who are still in the workforce on the mistakes I made, how they can save time avoiding them, and how to leverage their expertise and become profitable in their dream business while also still holding down a successful corporate job!
