+ WHAT IS THE PAYMENT POLICY
We require a 50% downpayment. This secures your spot on our project calendar. You will be provided as estimated start date prior to payment. T. Smiles Design can be booked out as far as 3 months in advance. Your second payment (25%) is due mid-way through the project and your final payment (25%) is due the week of completion. Please note deposit fees are non-refundable.
+ can my project start right away?
To ensure each client receives the attention and care they deserve, client projects are scheduled on a first come-first serve basis. It's best to reserve your spot as T. Smiles Design is typically booked out 2-3 months in advance. As a part of the onboarding process, your contract will contain a project timeline. The timeline will outline the project start date as well as milestones throughout the project.
+ CAN I MAKE MY OWN PACKAGE?
YES! We've worked with numerous clients who needed something from each package, therefore, we cater to all needs. Please contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will create a package pertaining to your needs.

Yes, the website maintenance program is $325/month, this covers 8hrs per month of website maintenance such as product additions, blog entries, content changes, and much more! (squarespace platform only).
